- I do the homework. I read the IEP or 504 plan, the evaluations, and the progress data the school already has, and turn it into a plain-English picture of what's working and what's missing.
- You walk in prepared. With the right questions, realistic asks, and — if you want backup — me beside you at the table.

$100 flat
- Full read of the current IEP or 504 and latest evaluation

Meeting Prep
$225 flat
- Records review plus a phone call with you
- Recommendations: what to change, what to ask for
Meeting Partner
$400 flat
- In-person meeting with you and your child
- I attend one IEP or 504 meeting with you
- Proposed-IEP review before you sign
Full Cycle Support
$850 flat
- Up to two meetings in a school year
- Help communicating with the school
- Progress follow-up after the IEP is in place
Need something smaller? À la carte consulting is $90/hour. In-person support is included across central Indiana; farther out adds a travel fee, and everything works virtually too. Full details and travel policy.
